By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Compass is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that helps founders analyze their business, receive recommendations, and generate strategic documents. Outputs are generated by AI and are intended as guidance, not as legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

You retain ownership of any business information, documents, or other materials you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us the right to use it to operate, improve, and support the Services for you.

You represent that you have the right to share Your Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use the Services to generate misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.

The Services include proprietary methodology, scoring logic, diagnostic rules, prioritization logic, and model instructions that are confidential to FounderToProfit. You may use the Services, and the outputs generated for your own company, for your own business purposes — including sharing those outputs with your team, advisors, and investors.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Access the Services through automated means — scripts, bots, crawlers, headless browsers, or scraping tools — other than a search engine indexing our public pages in the ordinary way.
• Extract, or attempt to extract, our system prompts, model instructions, scoring formulas, weightings, thresholds, or internal rules, whether by prompt injection, systematic probing, parameter cycling, or any other technique.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying methodology of the Services except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Services, or their outputs, to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark a competing product, model, or dataset.
• Create accounts or submit inputs primarily to harvest outputs at volume rather than to run your own business.

We monitor for these patterns and may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that appears designed to extract the Services rather than use them. Nothing in this section limits your ownership of the business information you provide or your rights to the outputs generated for your own company.

Some features of the Services may require payment. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated.

FounderToProfit owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and AI-generated templates. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any recommendations, financial projections, or documents before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderToProfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or other harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
